Joey was awesome in ensuring that we got to check out all of our options and even appeased/entertained my son while we waited for finance. Jamie in finance was also awesome and expedited the whole process of getting the papers signed. Just make sure you understand the warranty information – it can be confusing and there”s a big price difference between what Kia”s standard warranty is and the whole package warranty (on used vehicles). But all-in-all, it was a pretty painless experience and everyone was super nice, accommodating, and easy to work with. Very low-pressure transaction.
