Adam Scott’s Parks and Recreation character, Ben Wyatt, is the ultimate nerd-husband. He loves all things in the fantasy realm, and the Game of Thrones Iron Throne qualifies as the ultimate romantic gift in his book. Real-life Adam Scott is not much different. It was May the Fourth (that’s Star Wars Day for devotees), and Scott told guest host Kristen Bell that when he was only two years old, he invited Hamill to his birthday party. Empire Strikes Back was just about to hit theaters, and a very young Scott was ready to meet his hero. He did not show.

Then, in the middle of Scott’s story, the Star Wars theme blared. The cameras cut to backstage, where Hamill, his back to the camera, prepared to enter the stage, lightsaber in hand. “No, no,” Scott said in disbelief.
As Hamill approached Scott, his hand visibly shook before they embraced.

Bell, who seemed glad to help a grown man meet his childhood hero, knows a thing or two about seeing dreams realized on talk shows. In 2012, Ellen DeGeneres, played a video of Bell’s meltdown over sloths—her personal Star Wars. Still, Hamill—and his lightsaber—might win out over a sloth.
Blink and you might have missed the Love Actually, Maze Runner, and Game of Thrones star. It’s Brodie-Sangster who, when Poe and Finn try to escape via TIE Fighter, announces that there’s an “unscheduled departure.” Don’t look for Brodie-Sangster to get any more than that one line in the franchise, though, because immediately after poor Petty Officer Thanisson gets blown to bits by Finn.
