Simon was very helpful when I encountered an issue and was happy to help do anything he could to remedy the situation. I greatly appreciated his service, making me feel like a welcome guest in the store. It’s great to find such personable, warm, and helpful employees in retail these days. Plus the store has a whole new look to its layout which is very eye catching.

They recently remodeled. The store is looking refreshed. Unfortunately, pickup of online orders has gotten significantly slower. There is now a separate line for order pickups. Yesterday, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and none of Target staff nearby offered to assist. Only after I spoke up did someone from the returns counter walk over to assist.They used to to have your order near the pickup area but now they have to fetch the order from another part of the store. This only adds to the delay and makes for a frustrating experience. It almost feels like Target is trying to discourage online ordering by making the experience miserable, at least at this store.

We love Target”s, there are a huge number of these stores in the San Jose area all offering a huge range of household and non grocery products at reasonable prices. Bright and airy well laid out, limited range of food and drink available, well worth a visit

I love Targets but not this particular one. Unfortunately this Target is closest to me. I have come to this Target and the one at Westgate Mall for seven years. This one can get 2 stars max while the Westgate one is a 5 star store. There’s some problem with the culture of this store such that over six years i have been to this store, i have found most of their team members not in good working spirit. It’s not good for the image of Target. Customer service is worse than any other Targets i have visited in the last three decades, honestly
