Beautiful place to get away with the kids to fish, swim and camp. Man-made beach, fishing pier, kid play area, pavilion for reunions, picnic tables and grills for day use. Campsites with electric and running water option. Showers. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend this place for your weekend get-a-way.

Our favorite campground.. Movies on the beach in the summer.. Campsites not piled on top of each other.. I would love to see more land opened for sites though. Adequate facilities, cleaned regularly. Its nice to walk to the beach and rangers take care of the campers..

It”s not a bad place to swim but the park rangers are very rude. I won”t ever take my kids back after they heard one of the park rangers yell out that they drag for dead bodies in the lake now my kids don”t want to go back because they think that there are dead bodies in it and are scared. The park rangers really need to learn how to watch their mouths in front of children. I will never go back to this place again.
