On 25 January 2019 I contacted Morlan to arrange installation of a water heater in a rental property at **** ** **** **** ********* **. According to my order receipt (#*******) I spoke with Brady M*******. I requested that a ******** brand HWH be installed but he appeared not understand that Morlan carried them. He said there were none available to him in any event. Because the existing HWH was leaking I asked what else he had. He offered me the choice of a 12 yr warranty ******** 50gal HWH or a 6 yr warranty ******** ******** 50 gal HWH. I said that I wanted the 12 year warranty HWH, the price being only about $100 more. He confirmed the 12 yr and said it would be installed the next day. When I finally rec”d the installation receipt from the tenant a week or so later it showed a 6 yr HWH had been installed. Since then I have called Morlan three times and talked to two different people. Each time they said they would look into the matter and call me back. No one ever did.…Read More
