Swung by to purchase an adapter for my hitch to put a bike rack on it. Was messing around with installing it in the parking lot and wasn”t having much luck doing it myself when 2 of the guys came out and asked if I needed help. They pretty much installed it for me and even grabbed some of the parts I needed from the spares lying around. The bike rack instructions weren”t very clear it would have taken me some time to figure it out. These guys were very helpful and kind.

The location can be a problem because you cannot take route 16 East from there due to low bridge, but otherwise it”s a decent Uhaul outlet. Has a good supply of trucks to rent.

The staff is very helpful and are willing to spend any time necessary to work through issues to get you into a U-Haul or get moved in. It does get a bit warm in the building in the summer so come hydrated if you are doing a large amount of moving.
