Should have read all the reviews. It appears that the city had a WSU intern create the park map, which shows the park to be spacious, with sites shaded by trees & next to a creek. Really nice brochure! Unfortunately, the reality is that it sits in the armpit of Pullman. It is a gravel lot, next to a motor home park. There is a creek but you can’t see or hear it. Place is kind of sketchy. We have stayed in some vary nice town campgrounds. This is not one of them.Two good points: nice walking/bike trail by the campground & a brewery is next door.

Pros: clean, close to campus, full hook ups. Cons: looks like an industrial park as you drive towards the park, next to a business who’s trucks start up at 5 AM, sewer hookups are 6” above ground so you better have a tall RV or trailer for proper flow. Worth $20-25 per night not the $35 per night they are charging.

Wifi is pretty much useless, it is truly a budget place to stay. Think the city of Pullman owns and runs this. They could do so much better!
