If you love peanut butter as much as I do you'll love these fat bombs. They really hit the spot for that PB craving. I adapted a peanut butter-chocolate fat bomb recipe for these and it turned out great.

4 tbs butter
4 tbs coconut oil
4 tbs peanut butter
4 tbs peanut butter powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packets stevia-erythritol blend sweetener
peanuts
Add butter, coconut oil, and peanut butter to a measuring glass and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir to combine. Add vanilla, peanut butter powder, and sweetener to the mixture, stirring to combine between each ingredient added. Place a few peanuts in each of 18 cups of a truffle-sized silicone mold. Pour the liquid mixture over the peanuts to fill each cup. Freeze overnight and then pop out into a container and store in refrigerator. Serve cold.

Would almond flour work well as a replacement for peanut butter powder? I'm allergic to peanut butter and don't know much about cooking.

I realize that I am late to party, but is there a good substitute for coconut oil? These look absolutely amazing but, unfortunately, my wife is allergic to coconut.
